HW: • Review the Spectrophotometer: what it is, how it works, how to use it successfully.
• Start the PRE-LAB by reviewing the methods via the discussion questions on slide 20. Add to Pre-lab as methods. Also generate a list of variables that might affect the rate of the reaction. These resources might help you make the list:

   Neural Academy  Factors affecting enzyme rate
​  GSCS Biology  Reaction Rate

Finally, consider how to alter the methods for each variable. Note: you can manipulate any of the cuvette volumes, and substitute for the DI water, but it is important to keep the total volume of the S and E tubes the same.
